We have set up our branded mobile trucks ON the tradeshow floor for clients. This allows us to cook in a customized kitchen, remaining out of sight, while spokespeople drive the one-on-one engagement and give customers a true brand experience. And, for some clients, we have enjoyed pulling up OUTSIDE of the tradeshow so as to give exhausted attendees a memorable pick-me up as they leave the show.
